With a Master’s in Computer Applications and over seven years of hands-on experience in teaching and academic management, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership to the education sector. My journey includes designing student-centric programs, mentoring teachers, and implementing structured learning systems that enhance classroom outcomes.
Currently, I lead Future Steps Education Pvt. Ltd., where we specialize in Abacus and Vedic Maths programs tailored for 10+2 schools. My focus is on empowering educators, streamlining school operations, and delivering emotionally engaging, scientifically accurate content that transforms how children learn mathematics.

As the Head of Operations & Digital Innovation at Future Steps Education, I look after smooth daily operations, introduce useful technologies, and lead digital change. I design simple and smart solutions to make our Abacus and Vedic Maths programs more effective and easier for schools and students.

🙏 My Life Journey & Recovery
On 4th August 2003, I had a serious road accident while riding my bike. I tried to avoid a large pothole and a roadways bus hit the right side of my head. The impact was severe and I went into a coma for 45 days.
After treatment, I slowly recovered, but my right leg was badly injured. My right hip bone was broken and I had to undergo a Total Hip Replacement surgery.
This incident changed my life completely. It taught me patience, courage, and the power of never giving up. Since then, I have decided to dedicate my life to education and innovation, so that I can inspire and support children to achieve their best.
🌟 Turning Point – My Connection with Abacus & Vedic Maths
In 2024, I met my graduation friend Mr. Ashutosh Tewari. During our meeting, I came to know that his wife, Mrs. Ruchi Tewari, has been successfully running Abacus and Vedic Maths classes at her home with more than 200 students.
When I saw the amazing improvement in calculation speed and confidence of the children learning Abacus and Vedic Maths, I realized the true power of these methods. I felt that if such programs are introduced in every school, then Mathematics will no longer be a subject of fear — it will become a passion for students.
Together, we thought of a vision: “If every child in every school gets trained in Abacus and Vedic Maths, we can nurture a generation of confident and fast learners.”
